About Us
That's our motto, and it's how we run things. Blue Note Pros was built by two best friends: one leads roofing, one leads plumbing. Both got tired of an industry that upsells you before it actually listens. So we do it differently.
We sponsor T-ball teams. We show up at our churches. We probably know your neighbor. This is home for us too, and we treat every job like it.
Brand Merger
If you knew us as (rhymes with) Rriority Poofing (since 2020) or Plumber for Hire (since 2022), good news: same crew, same care, new name.
Founded by Leighton in 2022, alongside a master plumber, Plumber for Hire started small and grew into a crew that actually cares about the community it serves. The van's got a new name on it. The cargo tidiness is still a work in progress.
Yeah, that one. Founded by Shay in 2020, we still fixing what's actually broken instead of selling a replacement. Different name on the door, same guys swinging the hammer.
We combined both trades under Blue Note Pros, so you get one company for roofing and plumbing across Shreveport-Bossier and North Louisiana, residential or commercial.
Best friends going into business, what could go wrong? (Hint: nothing, check out our reviews.)

Meet Our Experts
Shay leads every roofing job from the first inspection to the final nail, and he's the one homeowners talk to when something doesn't look right.
Alex keeps the plumbing crew running, managing schedules and coordinating jobs so nothing falls through the cracks between the first call and the finished job.
Somebody already told you your roof needs replacing or your pipes need an overhaul? Let us take a look before you sign anything. It's free, it's honest, and there's zero pressure.
With water in their pipes and not their living room
Across roofing and plumbing combined
Across roofing and plumbing combined
Two best friends, Shay Bailiff and Leighton Allen, whose families became best friends, with a shared vision of being good humans, loving Christ, and giving back. That’s who stands behind the work from Blue Note Pros. Be it roofing, plumbing or our next home service, you better believe we’ll do right by our customers.
Certifications
Blue Note Pros holds an active license with the Louisiana State Board of Contractors for both roofing and plumbing work, and we carry full insurance and bonding on every job, residential or commercial.
We've been a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ rating since June 2020, and every roof we install uses CertainTeed materials backed by real manufacturer warranties. If a company can't back up what they're telling you, that's worth asking about. We can.
